The whole camping escape was on the unrealistic side, and I kind of figured it was the assistant simply because dexter didn't do his usual concrete check up to insure that the photographer was the killer. I also dont think it was trinity who shot lundy and debb, it seems more like a crime of passion than necessity, since debb was kept alive.
